LIME: Steve Case’s multi-media green, health and wellness company
;  
A multi-platform lifestyle brand delivering content on linear TV, broadband, mobile, Sirius satellite radio, podcasting, VOD and SVOD and mobile phone.  Responsible for creation and development of programming and talent for the LIME brand across all platforms; Overseeing and directing all aspects of original programming, program packaging, and web site broadband content.  Instrumental in acquisitions, developing strategic campaigns, partnerships, and business development; Original series including Yoga with Rodney Yee; Life Moments with Deepak Chopra; Simply Green with Danny Seo; Pure and Simple Cooking with Michel Nischan and, A Natural, Healthy Pregnancy; Also created a DVD series, distributed by Gaiam, in major, mass-market distribution centers U.S.  


Executive Producer; Discovery Health: Dr. Know 2005
Responsible for the creation, development, and direction of a successful pilot for a reality series that explores medical myths and mysteries.  Developed a graphic branding for the series and musical theme, researched story ideas, hired and supervised staff of 15;  Oversaw all aspects of production and post production


President Saadandmoss Entertainment LLC 2000 – 2004
Co-owner of a multi-million dollar production company; managed over 15 million-dollars in production financing in a three-year period.  Responsible for hiring and managing a permanent staff of 70 and 20 freelance, managing budgets, developing projects, writing proposals, directing, supervising production and post production.  Projects included 44-hour series for Metro Gotham TV, interstitial programming for 30 Something with Candace Bushnell on Bravo, a pilot for AMC and multiple sales tapes, trailers and product launches for Hearst Entertainment, and Revlon.


Executive Producer; Metro TV: Gotham TV 44 hours 2000 - 2002 
Responsible for the creation and development of a multi Emmy-winning reality series focused on the creative and outrageous people living in the New York tri-state area.  Developed a graphic branding and created a musical theme.  Researched story ideas; Hired and supervised a staff of 70; created 475 documentary style segments; Directed segments as well as oversaw production and postproduction.  Managed 6.5 million dollar budget  


Executive Producer; Food Network:  Gordon Elliott’s Doorknock Dinners series and LIVE broadcast 1999 - 2000  
Created, developed, and directed a multi-cam 26 half-hour, reality series where we arrived unannounced at a random home with a chef and entertainment to create a gourmet meal from the contents of their kitchens.  Responsible for hiring and supervising a staff of 20; creation of theme music and series branding; Researched and hired entertainment from a 100 piece marching band to acrobats;  Responsible for the management of a 3 million dollar budget; and supervision of production and postproduction.  Executive Producer Live Broadcast 1999 Responsible for the supervision and creative content of a live show in Los Angeles for a Halloween special

Behind the Punch: The Psychology of Boxing 2000  
Half-hour documentary on the psychology of boxing with host Derek McGinty. Managed the  budget.  Created graphics and theme.  Directed shoot. Hired staff and supervised production and post production. Also responsible    for research, archival footage and negotiation of music and video rights.       


Sundance Channel: Writer/Producer/ Director

Produced and directed a documentary on 5 independent filmmakers that created feature films in Los Angeles.  Used as an added value presentation of Sundance Channel.  Responsible for the conceptualization, creation of graphics and music.  Also responsible for scheduling, directing and supervision of production and post production.             


World Wildlife Fund: Writer/Producer/ Director:      
Don’t Know What You’ve Got ‘Till it’s Gone 1998

A short documentary to be use as part of the 500 day international count down to the millennium.  This documentary was to explore the average American attitude regarding the condition of the world and act as a wake up call for attention to the problems.  Responsible for research, scheduling, directing and supervision of production and post production.            


Sundance Channel: Writer/Producer/ Director 
Terry Zwigoff: Crumb; 1997 
Short documentary on Terry Zwigoff award-winning documentarian and independent film maker.  Hosted by Independent film Guru John Pierson.  We explored his home.  Traveled through his home town of San Francisco and discovered what inspired him to create his documentary on George Crumb.  Responsible for scheduling, directing and supervision of production and post production           


Hearst Entertainment: Writer/Producer/ Director:
The UN and NYC 50th Anniversary; 1996
Created a documentary on how New York became home to the United Nations, and its subsequent architectural history.  Narrated by Walter Cronkite and introduced by Henry Kissinger, it was presented as part of the 50th Anniversary Celebration of the U.N., attended by more than 1,000 national and international dignitaries, including President Clinton.  Also responsible for research, archival footage and negotiation of music and video rights.
